The UAE (United Arab Emirates) is not a member of the Hague Apostille Convention (Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents). Documents being sent to this country require State, U.S. Department of State, and the UAE (United Arab Emirates) Embassy legalization.
